Esistono le cosidette forme chelate e le forme non chelate (quelle classiche).

equivalenti delle forme attive,

Quindi quando troviamo una forma chelata,

ovvero maggiormente assorbita dal corpo.
E in poche parole consiste nel combinare un minerale con un agente chelante

la Vitamina C.
È importantissima per esempio per
la protezione delle cellule
e per mantenere la pelle, le ossa e la cartilagine in salute.
Per supportare il sistema immunitario
e per ridurre la durata dell'influenza
sono necessari 1-2g (1000-2000mg) giornalieri.
Questi dosaggi sono IMPOSSIBILI da inserire in
un multivitaminico in capsule,
a meno che
non se ne debbano assumere tantissime.
Per assumere il giusto dosaggio di questa vitamina,
è necessario comprare
un integratore separato con solo essa.
Per questo motivo ho creato un integratore apposito chiamato
ANTIOSSIDANTE SENZA STRONZ*TE
(che fornisce la Vitamina C di massima qualità, quella liposomiale)
Per altri composti (per esempio il Rame) invece,
le persone statisticamente
riescono a raggiungere il loro
fabbisogno giornaliero
con la sola alimentazione
e il rischio di esserne carenti
è veramente basso.
E qualora si fosse carenti,
sarà necessario prendere
un composto specifico
e NON un multivitaminico.
Un eccesso di Zinco (500mg o superiore)
potrebbe causare un minor assorbimento del Rame.
Non è però il caso del Multivitaminico Senza Stronz*te
che contiene il dosaggio giusto e sicuro (15mg)
La stessa cosa la si può dire circa il Ferro,
la cui integrazione, se non necessaria, può portare
ad effetti collaterali
e ad un aumento dello
stress ossidativo.
Oltre a ciò altri minerali e vitamine possono
ridurne l'assorbimento. Per questo motivo è bene
prenderlo da solo o al massimo con la vitamina C.
Situazione simile per il Calcio
(di cui la maggior parte delle persone non risulta carente)
che se preso con il Magnesio può entrare in contrasto andando a
RIDURRE l'assorbimento totale.
Situazione simile per il Selenio,
estremamente facile da raggiungere con l'alimentazione,
al punto tale che gli studi dicono che la maggior parte delle persone
NON ha bisogno di un integratore.
