NON sono stati usati ingredienti:


  • NON confermati scientificamente per la Libido/Testosterone (a livello di dosaggi, ciclizzazione, quantificazione dei benefici) e utilizzati SOLO come leve di MARKETING per Spillarti i soldi (come Muira Puama, Cordyceps, Cistanche salsa (può pure peggiorare la situazione), Acido D-Aspartico, Coleus Forskolii, Boro, Shilajit e potrei continuare....).
  • Illegali in Italia e/o di non confermata efficacia (es. Tongkat Ali e Fadogia). Ad oggi, nella maggior parte dei casi, gli studi sono finanziati dai brand produttori.
  • Riempitivi, Additivi, Eccipienti inutili per i Tuoi Risultati e potenzialmente pericolosi. "DURO DURO" è prodotto a mano e quindi non siamo costretti ad utilizzare quelle cose. Gli integratori industriali invece lo sono.

QUALI SONO I BENEFICI dei SINGOLI INGREDIENTI?



Lepidium Meyenii (Maca): una pianta originaria del Perù,


i cui benefici derivano dai suoi principi attivi.


A differenza di molti altri Integratori SPAZZATURA di MACA

che si trovano online e che magari hai acquistato in passato


ho selezionato una MACA in cui fosse presente la PERCENTUALE di PRINCIPIO ATTIVO

(è quella che leggi 1% glucosinolati).

Se una marca te la vende senza % del principio attivo. ATTENZIONE!


Hai quindi la tranquillità che sia di massima qualità


e in termini di BENEFICI gli studi ci dicono che possiamo aspettarci

  • Incremento del Desiderio Sessuale (Libido) sia negli Uomini, che nelle Donne (anche senza problemi di salute)
  • Potenziali benefici contro Disfunzione Erettile. Non è il campo più studiato, ma gli studi sembrano propendere per questo effetto.

IL COLORE della MACA è IMPORTANTE?

Contrariamente alle CAZZ*TE che potresti aver letto online o che potrebbero averti detto,

il colore della MACA è completamente irrilevante e non vi è una singola dimostrazione del contrario (rossa, nera o gialla sono uguali)


IL DOSAGGIO GIUSTO?

Siccome i benefici ad oggi risultano essere dose-dipendenti

e dato che:


ho deciso di inserire


un Estratto (non la schifezza di normale polvere) equivalente a:

4950mg di Pianta

che essendo in rapporto 15:1 è di

330mg

e come abbiamo detto prima,


deve essere chiarita la Percentuale di Principio attivo


ed in "DURO DURO" c'è ed è dell'1% in Glucosinolati

3,30mg di Glucosinolati


Oltre la Maca?



Una pianta le cui radici e frutti sono utilizzati da migliaia di anni fa nella medicina Ayurvedica e Cinese


e anche in questo caso i BENEFICI sono dati dai principi attivi.


Anche in questo caso ovviamente NON è stata inserita semplice polvere,

ma ho utilizzato un Estratto con % di principio attivo:


40% di Saponine!


e in termini di BENEFICI gli studi ci dicono che possiamo aspettarci

  • Incremento del Desiderio Sessuale (Libido) sia negli Uomini, che nelle Donne,
  • Aumento della Soddisfazione Sessuale
  • e Riduzione dei sintomi Disfunzione Erettile (promuovendo il rilassamento dei tessuti del pene, aumentando la pressione intracavernosa e aumentando il flusso sanguigno nel pene per via di aumento dell'Ossido Nitrico)

IL DOSAGGIO GIUSTO?

Ho però preferito utilizzare il massimo quantitativo inseribile

in 4 capsule e quindi arrivare a:

1140mg (rapporto 10:1)

equivalente a:

11.400mg di Pianta

e come abbiamo detto prima,


deve essere chiarita la Percentuale di Principio attivo


ed in "DURO DURO" c'è il 40% di Saponine

456mg di Saponine

Questo perché comunque in qualche studio si superavano i 750mg.


Oltre alla MACA e al TRIBULUS?



Viene ritenuta la pianta per eccellenza della medicina Ayurvedica

(anche chiamata Ginseng Indiano).


Come per ogni pianta già vista, i BENEFICI sono dati dal principio attivo.


Sono riuscito ad ottenere, direttamente dal brand KSM 66, l'autorizzazione a poter

utilizzare la loro materia prima e il loro marchio.


Materia prima che è fra le più utilizzate negli studi scientifici


e che GARANTISCE il 5% del principio attivo (Withanolidi).


In termini di benefici che ci si può aspettare:

  • Incremento del Testosterone sia in soggetti con livelli bassi (esempio: uomini infertili), che con livelli nella norma, buoni. Stando agli studi, abbiamo un minimo di incremento dal 10%, fino ad un massimo del 40%.
  • Protezione dei Testicoli dallo stress ossidativo (antiossidante) che altrimenti può compromettere il corretto funzionamento. Quindi: + Quantità + Motilità + Qualità e + Vitalità dello Sperma.
  • Abbassamento del Cortisolo (ormone dello stress) che può impattare negativamente su Testosterone e Libido. Ad oggi si presuppone una riduzione dal 20 al 50%.
  • Incremento Libido e Corretto Funzionamento Sessuale sia negli uomini, che nelle donne.
  • Potenziale miglioramento della Qualità e Quantità del Sonno (soggetti con insonnia e non), riduzione dell'Ansia (anche da Prestazione Sessuale), Protezione del Cervello e dell'apparato cognitivo.
  • Potenziale miglioramento delle Prestazioni Sportive di Forza e Resistenza/Endurance (in soggetti neofiti e non) e potenziale miglioramento del recupero.

PERCHÈ PROPRIO L'ASHWAGANDHA?

Ad oggi NON esistono composti provati scientificamente al 100% andare ad aumentare il Testosterone.


O meglio, molto spesso non si riesce a quantificare

l'entità dei benefici in soggetti sani e non


o non si riesce a stabilire un protocollo di assunzione

(dosaggi, tempistiche, qualità etc...).


Bene l'Ashwagandha, fra tutti i composti, è quello su cui abbiamo più materiale e quindi

NON può mancare

in un composto che abbia l'obiettivo di ottimizzare i propri livelli di Testosterone.


È fondamentale che però vi sia il quantitativo giusto!


IL DOSAGGIO GIUSTO?

I benefici fino a quando non si raggiungono

i 600mg risultano essere dose-dipendenti.


Ciò significa che i brand che utilizzano 80,100,200mg vendono qualcosa di

NON adeguato e NON funzionante.


Superati i 600mg invece non risultano esserci più benefici.


Per questo motivo ho utilizzato

Esattamente 600mg

di materia prima altissima e certificata

KSM 66 al 5% di Whitanolidi

NON tutti possono utilizzarla.


È necessario ricevere approvazione della propria formulazione dal fornitore.


Questa materia prima è proprio la stessa che la maggior parte degli studi utilizza.



Una Percentuale di Whitanolidi maggiore

non sarebbe stata meglio?

Stando alle informazioni scientifiche, ad oggi,

NON conosciamo la percentuale giusta di principio attivo.


Quello che sappiamo è che la maggior parte degli studi

utilizzava 600mg e che dosaggi maggiori NON sembrerebbero

dare benefici in più.


Oltre a ciò, la maggior parte degli studi ha utilizzato

il 5% di principio attivo.

Per questo motivo, in assenza di ulteriori informazioni,

è stata utilizzata la migliore materia prima certificata.


E quindi NO una percentuale maggiore, ad oggi,

NON è superiore.


Gli Ingredienti NON sono finiti...



Trigonella foenum-graecum o Fieno Greco


Ha diversi principi attivi fra cui Flavonoidi, Acidi Fenolici, Alcaloidi flavonoids e le più importanti le Saponine Steroidee.


È fondamentale anche per questo ingrediente vi sia scritta la percentuale di principio attivo (da cui, come hai capito ormai, otteniamo i benefici).


In termini di benefici che ci si può aspettare:

  • Potenziale incremento del Testosterone Totale e Libero si ritiene che derivi da un blocco dell'aromatasi (quindi minor conversione del Testosterone in Estrogeni. Quindi + Testosterone Libero). Questo sia in soggetti allenati, che non e sia in soggetti con livelli bassi, che non.
  • Incremento della Libido e Funzionamento Sessuale (si presuppone come conseguenza dell'aumento del Testosterone). Questi benefici sono stati visti sia negli Uomini, che nelle Donne. Ancora di più a partire dai 40 anni.
  • Bonus: può contrastare la caduta dei capelli (sì è vista una riduzione di circa il 9% in termini di conversione del Testosterone in DHT, l'ormone coinvolto nella caduta dei capelli o quantomeno può essere un'altra ragione per cui si possa avere + Testosterone Libero).
  • Bonus: abbassa i livelli degli zuccheri nel sangue (sembrerebbe al pari, se non di più della Berberina. Per questo motivo, considerando anche che in "Duro Duro" vi è lo Zafferano, che aiuta anch'esso, potrebbe non aver senso assumere la Berberina).

IL DOSAGGIO GIUSTO?

Se un brand ti mette dosaggi inferiori a questi, sai che NON segue le linee guida scientifiche e che quindi NON funzionerà.


Ovviamente io ho rispettato i dosaggi e infatti trovi

Esattamente 600mg

con il principio attivo scritto, che è del

50% in Saponine


Non è ancora finita...



Ne avrai già sentito parlare, è la spezia più costosa.


Anche in questo caso però non è della normale polvere

(come quella che potresti utilizzare in cucina).


È un estratto e non semplice polvere (quindi migliore),

ma NON uno qualsiasi...


... un estratto con DOPPIA % di principio attivo specificato

(perché è ciò che ci da i benefici)


La maggior parte dei brand NON lo utilizza perché è un ingrediente

MOLTO più costoso di un semplice estratto generico

o di un estratto con solo una percentuale.


In termini di effetti benefici ci si può aspettare:

  • Potenziale Miglioramento della qualità delle Erezioni e della Libido (uomo e donna).
  • Miglioramento dell'Umore e Abbassamento dell'Ansia e dello Stress (vedi abbassamento del Cortisolo). Gli effetti sono così importanti da essere paragonabili a quelli di farmaci. Tutto questo può tornare molto utile a coloro che si ritrovano ad avere bassa libido o problemi di erezione derivanti da problemi di umore o di ansia. Può essere utile per chi soffra di ansia da prestazione. Può essere utile per chi ha un abbassamento dei livelli di Testosterone causati dallo Stress/Cortisolo.
  • Bonus: abbassa i livelli di zuccheri nel sangue se troppo alti: meno efficace di Berberina e Fieno Greco, ma considerando che in "Duro Duro" è presente il Fieno Greco, questo + lo Zafferano rendono potenzialmente NON necessario l'utilizzo di Berberina.

con i principi attivi specificati, per i massimi benefici

che sono del

e 3% in Crocine



Perché non ci sono altri ingredienti?


Come già spiegato, negli integratori scientifici di massima qualità, vogliamo trovare:

  • SOLO ingredienti provati o comunque "solidi" a livello scientifico (sicuramente in futuro vi sarà nuovo materiale e la formula sarà aggiornata. Per il momento è perfetta).
  • Gli ingredienti ai giusti dosaggi. Non vogliamo infatti trovare tanti ingredienti sottodosati. Vogliamo quelli giusti e ai livelli efficaci.
  • Ovviamente NON vogliamo eccipienti o riempitivi vari che possono essere inutili o addirittura dannosi!
