Quale VITAMINA C è stata inserita?
Cosa significa che è Liposomiale?
Significa che la vitamina C è avvolta da microsfere naturali di grasso (fosfolipidi)
che la proteggono lungo tutto il tratto gastrointestinale,
facendo si che potenzialmente il corpo ne possa assorbire di più,
dato che sarà meno soggetta alla digestione e all'ossidazione.
LIPOSOMIALE = + BIODISPONIBILE
Al contrario, la Vitamina c "normale" inizia ad essere digerita sin dal primo momento in cui entra nella bocca
e successivamente ad essere sottoposta agli acidi del corpo.
Di conseguenza si stima che un minor quantitativo sarà disponibile per l'assorbimento
e di conseguenza un maggior quantitativo...
...verrà espulso con l'urina.
E oltre alla Vitamina C?
Il Glutatione è il più potente antiossidante prodotto dal corpo e i suoi livelli possono abbassarsi per molteplici fattori fra cui lo stress...
...e questo può essere problematico per la salute.
Purtroppo però NON è ottimale assumerlo attraverso l'integrazione.
Il motivo è che viene scomposto rapidamente nel tratto gastrointestinale e nel sangue e quindi ne viene assorbito troppo poco e quindi POCHI BENEFICI!
Al contrario la N-Acetilcisteina (NAC) è molto più stabile e quindi più sicura ed efficace per l'incremento dei livelli del Glutatione (più dell'integrazione di Glutatione).
Con il passare degli anni, il sistema immunitario tende ad essere meno efficiente per via di una riduzione dei livelli di Glutatione.
La NAC sembrerebbe rimuovere questo problema, riportandolo ai massimi livelli.
Il piombo è un metallo pesante che può essere tossico per il corpo umano.
Un accumulo nel corpo può aumentare lo STRESS OSSIDATIVO e ciò può provocare una carenza di antiossidanti a livello cellulare ed enzimatico.
Molti alimenti lo possono contenere: latte, latticini, carne, cereali, legumi, ortaggi, prodotti ittici, acqua e cereali.
